Marvel fans seem unable to forget the action of Star-Lord or Peter Quill in “Avengers: Infinity War” is considered reckless. Feeling “annoyed” because the character played continues to be blamed, Chris Pratt also provide a defense.

As is known, Star-Lord’s emotional reaction after hearing the death of Gamora (Zoe Saldana) became a debate among fans and film critics. Each argument from two different sides has valid points. Recently, Chris Pratt was asked about his controversial character by RadioTimes. He says he will not change anything.

“Okay, he (Star-Lord) watched his mother die and the man whom he considered his father dead in his arms, he was also forced to kill his own real father. He must now suffer for the loss of love in his life, so I think he reacts like a man, humanity from ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ is what sets them apart from other superheroes.I guess if we do it hundreds of times, I will not change it, “says Chris Pratt.

The reaction in question by fans

The moment in question comes as the superheroes run a quite effective Star-Lord plan to distract Thanos with their own strengths. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) is trying to get Infinity Gauntlet from Thanos hand (Josh Brolin).

While Mantis (Pom Klementieff) successfully sedated the Mad Titan, Star-Lord keeps asking where Gamora is. Thanos said that he had to sacrifice Gamora to get Soul Stone. The unsteady Star-Lord struck Thanos’s face, making him aware before they could unleash Gauntlet from his hand.

Chris Pratt says the movie will end quickly without any action he does. “I think the movie will end 30 minutes sooner if that’s what you want, but it looks like people really like it and also I blame Thanos, okay? I can not believe how can he be totally blameless? this, “he continued with a laugh.

Scriptwriter “Avengers: Infinity War”, Christopher Markus thinks although they can release Gauntlet, it will not make them win. “Thanos destroys half of the universe without the Infinity Stones, I mean, he moves from one planet to another slaughtering human beings. He’s so incredibly powerfull without those stones.I think they would be very disappointed if after removing his gloves he can still beat they are, “he said.

Meanwhile, “Avengers: Infinity War” can still be seen in the cinemas of the country. Then will be continued with “Ant-Man and the Wasp” which release July 2018 and “Captain Marvel” in March 2019. While “Avengers 4” is scheduled to be released May 3, 2019.
